I was really hoping this review would explain some packages to me but I guess they don’t tell anyone about those! LOL Well, I know me and my wife will just keep looking then. We need everything up front. We have 4 kids and are on a tight budget.

Call them as inquire about it. Mention you are considering switching your home over to their service. They should tell you basic outlines for them. I have done this several times for companies like this. I didn’t end up going with Blue Ridge because I would have had to pay more for what I got included elsewhere but it helped to ask questions. Also giving them the idea you would have to give up on another provider, they are more open about what they offer.

I know it is silly but I went with Blue Ridge because everything they do is in America. This country needs its own to start supporting each other. I do my best to buy and shop with American made/run companies for auto, tech, and so on. I have been with them for a litter over two months and I have been pleased. One of the service reps I spoke to a good 10 times because of my lack of knowledge and every time he was kind and walked me through everything.
