Essentials: They offer most of the essential security gadget needed for your home such as; window/door sensors, screen keypad, cellular or landline monitoring (dependent on your choice), motion detectors, glass break sensors, mini keypad, panic fob, wireless key remotes and a yard sign.

Home Automation: SAFE security does not seem to be big on home automation. Their Home Automation equipment is basic. They do not offer a phone app for remote access. They also do not say much about the Z-wave compatibility of their service. If you are a fan of Home Automation or looking to incorporate some into your Home security system, you should opt for another security system like FrontPoint.
Advanced: Not big on the advanced Tech. The majority of their security gadgets is basic.
Security Cameras: SAFE security do not offer security cameras with its basic package, but you can have them installed as a standalone system.

With over 25 years in the industry, they definitely are doing something right. I would not advise you to gamble with at least 36 months of security with a lot of hidden costs. Now that has put me off ALREADY. I don’t care what you offer even if it’s the best in the whole world, I just like to know your services are transparent and not creating a hole in my pocket. They may be good but I ain’t going to like the hidden charges aspect.

I really wish they do that. They have got lots of nice features, their sensors and monitoring systems are amazing and all that but the costs of some things are not really encouraging

Well someone actually suggested this to me and I’m kinda surprised to hear the hidden charges story. He didn’t really mention it and I have also been using it but haven’t noticed the extra charges. Is there like a particular group they do that to?

Exactly, if they run their business on customers reviews, they would be out a long time ago. But still they offer very good deals and services and one just can’t leave them after subscribing. But seriously they should cut down on the hidden costs.

Self-setup and professional set up available but they have too many hidden charges and when you call customer service to ask for an explanation, they give you a term and you become lost. Though their service is still nice and I enjoy it…

I am not sure why people say the service is bad. I never had an issue with their reps. Anytime I had an issue it was fixed within 72 hours. Seeing as this is a larger company and they have more people to care for, that timing is not bad at all.

The customer service with Safe Security is AWFUL! But… If you can look past that and know what you are doing, the equipment is great and the service is reliable. I have been with them now for 5 months and I am happy. I hate having to calling them for anything though. lol
