Once you sign up, will they still care?
The secret of a good business is often said to be based on how the business with its customers. Customers can contact Safe Touch via a variety of channels.
Online chat support: Available on their website
Contact form: Available on their website
Phone: 844-324-2900
All in all they are there for you but when we tested their customer service out, it was a slow response and got re-routed a few times. The chat support is nice during hours of operations and they get back to their customers quick through email.
So is it ‘Safe’ to ‘Touch’ this security system?
It’s not the best choice or the worst (Xfinity Security takes that spot!). We always recommend a national security dealer so if you relocate you don’t pay a hefty cancellation fee. They also are the ones innovating in the smart home space (just take a look at the Vivint sky panel) whereas ma and pa security shops just outsource their equipment. Regional Availability is a limiting factor to utilizing Safe Touch as a home security provider. The company has 176 total complaints filed against it with the BBB. This may be a pointer for would-be customers to thread carefully and understand their offering before signing up.

Don’t bother buying. Much better systems on the market for much less money. Their warranty is good until they decide to change the terms and not tell you. I’ve had multiple panels replaced under the warranty, now the panel is not covered. Costs $350! A newer and more updated alarm costs less!

My parents have been wanting a security system and someone recommended Safe Touch to them so I looked in to it. Maybe it was the person I spoke with on the phone or something but she seemed to have no idea what I was asking. I asked to talk to someone else several times and then the call got disconnected 3 times. I am not sure how they stay in business if they can’t even speak to possible new customers. I am going to try again tomorrow.
